Maharashtra News: In a surprising manner, Maharashtra state Industries Minister and senior Congress leader Narayan Rane on Saturday met MNS chief Raj Thackeray. This visit of Rane was strictly under the wraps, sources telling that Rane’s visit was to pay his condolences to Raj for the sad demise of his uncle, Balasaheb Thackeray.
Rane, who left Shiv Sena, some years ago was very close to Raj when both were working together in Shiv Sena. Rane visited Raj at his residence, Krishna Kunj which is located near Shivaji Park.
Sources also told that Narayan Rane also wanted to meet Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray, but whether both the leaders met or not is not confirmed.
